From Concept to Commissioning

Improper integration is the #1 reason for WTP failure. Our unified approach eliminates compatibility issues between pumps, blowers, and diffusers.

1. Site Survey & Water Audit

We visit your site (Pan-India) to collect raw water samples. Lab analysis determines pH, TSS, COD, BOD, and TDS levels. We also measure available land area.

2. Technology Selection & Design

Based on audit, we select the right tech (MBBR vs MBR vs SBR). Our engineers create P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and 2D/3D layouts.

3. Statutory Approvals

We assist in technical documentation required for MPCB 'Consent to Establish' (CTE). We ensure the design meets all regulatory norms.

4. Fabrication & Procurement

Manufacturing of MS/SS tanks in our workshop. Procurement of pumps (Grundfos/Kirloskar), Blowers (Everest), and Membranes (Suez/Hydranautics).

5. Civil Work & Erection

Excavation and foundation work followed by skid installation. Pipe fitting (UPVC/GI/SS) and cable tray laying is done with industrial safety standards.

6. Electrical & Automation

Installation of MCC Panel (PLC/SCADA based). We program automatic backwash logic and sensor integration (Flow meters, pH sensors).

7. Commissioning & Bio-Culture

"Seeding" the plant with specialized bacteria. We run the plant for 15-30 days until the biological system stabilizes and outlet water is clear.

8. Handover & AMC

Final lab testing of treated water. Training your staff on daily operations. We hand over the keys and start the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).
