From Design to Handover

Building an STP in a residential area requires precision. We manage the civil, mechanical, and electrical integration so you don't have to deal with multiple vendors.

We follow a strict protocol to ensure the plant fits in your basement/podium space and operates without disturbing the residents.

1. Site Survey & Flow Check

We assess water consumption (LPD) to calculate exact sewage generation. We check basement heights and ventilation points.

2. P&ID & Layout Design

Our engineers design the Collection Tank, Aeration Tank, and Clarifier sizing. We ensure optimal use of limited space.

3. Civil Consultation

We provide RCC structural drawings for underground tanks. We supervise the civil contractor to ensure water-tightness.

4. Equipment Supply

Procurement of Air Blowers (Twin-Lobe), Submersible Pumps, MBBR Media, and Diffusers from top-tier brands.

5. Mechanical Erection

Installation of piping network (UPVC/MS), diffusers at tank bottom, and fixing of pumps on auto-coupling systems.

6. Electrical Panel & Sensors

Installation of Fully Automatic Panel. Sensors for "Tank Full" and "Dry Run" protection to ensure 24/7 autonomous running.

7. Bio-Culture Seeding

We add specialized bacterial culture to the aeration tank to break down biological waste efficiently.

8. Handover & Training

We train the society's watchman/staff on daily checks. We hand over the plant with a lab report confirming clear water.
