From Lab to Plant

From the initial "Jar Test" in our lab to the final commissioning of your filter press, our 8-step process ensures your plant handles the load it was designed for.

The Rolan Guarantee

We optimize chemical consumption (Alum/Poly/Lime) during design to ensure your daily running cost (OPEX) stays low.

1. Sampling & Characterization

We collect composite samples from your factory outlet. We analyze parameters like pH, COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, and Oil & Grease.

2. Treatability Study (Jar Test)

Critical Step: We simulate the treatment in our lab to determine the exact dosage of coagulants and flocculants required.

3. Process Design & P&ID

We calculate retention times for Reaction Tanks, Settlers, and Aeration tanks. We generate engineering drawings for MPCB approval.

4. Fabrication & Civil Work

Fabrication of MS Epoxy coated tanks, skids, and flocculators. Parallel execution of civil foundations and collection tanks.

5. Mechanical Installation

Installation of Dosing Pumps, Agitators, Filter Press, Blowers, and interconnection piping (HDPE/MS/UPVC) as per standards.

6. Electrical & Automation

Integration of pH controllers, Level sensors, and Flow meters. We install a centralized control panel for easy operation.

7. Commissioning & Stabilization

We start the plant, develop the MLSS (bio-culture) in the aeration tank, and optimize chemical dosing for real-time flow.

8. Lab Testing & Handover

Final treated water is tested in NABL accredited labs. Once parameters meet norms, we train your staff and handover.
